2. Scope of Service and Delivery

The products sold on this site — web design packages and digital marketing consultancy — are services performed electronically; there is no physical delivery. Within 3 business days of payment confirmation you will be contacted and the project process will start. Delivery times depend on the selected package and are confirmed in writing at the start of the process; completed work is delivered by e-mail and/or by publishing on your domain.

The price of web design packages includes hosting, SSL, security updates, backups and technical support for the first 12 months from go-live. Continuation of the service in later years is subject to the annual renewal fee announced per package on the order page. Renewal is optional; if not renewed, hosting and maintenance end at the close of the period, and the site files and database are handed over to you upon request.

3. Payment

Payments are collected through the iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. infrastructure by Visa and MasterCard cards with 3D Secure, or by bank transfer. Your card details are never seen or stored by us. Unless stated otherwise, all prices include VAT and a legal e-invoice is issued. On English pages prices are shown and charged in USD, on German pages in EUR; the Turkish lira equivalent is displayed for reference.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, provided that performance of the service has not yet begun. Send your withdrawal notice in writing to info@talhaaslan.com within this period.

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation, services whose performance has begun with the consumer's approval and work prepared to the consumer's personal specifications (e.g. a website, logo or content designed specifically for you) are exceptions to the right of withdrawal. Therefore the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for work that has started with your approval; this is disclosed to you and your consent is obtained before ordering.

5. Cancellation and Refund Terms

• If project work has not yet started: the full payment is refunded upon your request.
• If work has started: the remaining amount is refunded after deducting the completed work and incurred costs (domain, licences, third-party services etc.).
• In case of defective performance, your statutory rights under Law No. 6502 (free correction, price reduction, rescission) remain reserved.

Approved refunds are returned via iyzico to the card used for payment within 14 days at the latest; depending on your bank it may take 2-10 business days to appear on your statement. Refunds are made in the currency of the original charge.

6. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Türkiye have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade. If you contact us first at info@talhaaslan.com, your request will be answered within 30 days at the latest.
