Social Media Management in Antalya

Whoever follows a business account in Antalya is usually one of three people: a registered resident of the province, a foreign guest on holiday, or a foreigner who lives here year round on a residence permit. If you run a business in Antalya or sell to people who do, our social media management for Antalya is built around those three decisions: content that names the district, a calendar that stretches across a long season, fast replies in the guest's language and results tracked in a monthly report.

Antalya's social media audience

Who is watching your account in Antalya?

Population records, visitor announcements and migration office data show that an account in Antalya speaks to three audiences at once: registered residents, holidaymakers and foreign residents. Campuses and greenhouse exporters add a small but steady fourth layer.

Population: Antalya and two coastal provinces (2025)TÜİK, Address Based Population Registration System results 2025
  • Antalya2,777,677
  • İzmir4,504,185
  • Muğla1,099,547

Registered residents spread along the coast

According to TÜİK's address based register, Antalya had 2,777,677 residents in 2025, up by 55,574 in a year. They do not live in one center: they split between Muratpaşa, Konyaaltı and Kepez on one side and Alanya, Manavgat, Kemer and Serik on the other. An account reaches its neighbors when it names the district and the neighborhood instead of saying only Antalya.

A guest flow from May to November

Antalya welcomed 17,571,155 visitors in 2025, with the Russian Federation, Germany and the United Kingdom in the top places. Daily visitor records were set over the seven months from May to November, and October alone brought 2,216,556 foreign visitors. A content calendar should not end in July; it has to carry on to the end of the season.

Foreign residents who stay all year

Antalya's Provincial Migration Administration reports more than a hundred thousand foreigners living on residence permits, and Antalya ranks second after Istanbul on that count. Russians, Kazakhs and Ukrainians held the most permits, with Germany also among the top five. Concentrated in Alanya, Kemer, Konyaaltı, Muratpaşa and Manavgat, they look for hairdressers, courses, repairs and cafes in winter too, so an account must not go quiet when summer ends.

Campuses and greenhouses: a small but steady audience

The province has five universities: Akdeniz University, Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University, Antalya Bilim, Antalya Belek and Alanya University. Students move to a term rhythm that is independent of the tourism season. According to the Antalya Chamber of Commerce and Industry, fresh fruit and vegetables make up 31 percent of the province's exports, and the people who decide for greenhouse and export firms are buyers and partners, a LinkedIn heavy audience.

The structure we suggest

An account flow that knows the district, the language and the long season

In Antalya the same account talks mostly to foreign guests in summer and to resident neighbors in winter, so we split the content into three lines. The district line shows the neighborhood, the beach or the town, and how to get there. The guest line is short, multilingual and identical to what the map says. The resident line explains the services that continue in winter, opening hours and everyday life.

Your business shoots on its own premises or with a photographer you choose. Before the shoot we prepare the shot list, templates and copy, then organize what comes back, place it in the calendar and send it for your approval. We have no shooting crew in Antalya, and management runs online from start to finish.

Accounts stay with you and you add our team through the official access panels. The page that receives visitors from the account is the job of web design; paid boosting is planned separately under Meta ads management.

  • A local content line written with district and resort names, from Kaleiçi to Alanya
  • Separate calendars for opening, peak summer, a long autumn and a quiet winter
  • Turkish as the base, English and German copy, an approved translation flow for Russian
  • The same hours and address on the profile, highlights and Google profile posts
  • A multilingual reply guide and a handoff to phone or WhatsApp

The management model that fits you

Seasonal, open all year or an exporter?

All three come from the same method; the difference is which months your audience looks at the account and in which language they decide.

Seasonal

A business open from April to November

Guests mostly plan from another country, so the real work starts before opening day.

  • Content built up before opening
  • Pinned posts and highlights in several languages
  • A quiet period rhythm at closing

Open all year

A business serving resident customers

The doors stay open in winter and customers write in Turkish and in foreign languages.

  • Separate content lines for winter and summer
  • Replies in several languages for foreign residents
  • Message and report rows by district

Exporter and B2B

A greenhouse, yacht or manufacturing firm

The reader is a decision maker, a buyer or a partner, so the account is proof of trust, not a shop window.

  • A LinkedIn company page and expert posts
  • Product calendar and process stories
  • A rhythm that follows trade fair and visit periods

How we work

Our approach to Antalya accounts

We do not yet manage a social media account in Antalya, so we show no client example from there. We have written our way of working below in plain words, and you can see our other work on the references page.

We listen to the audience and the season first

We learn from you which countries your guests come from, in which months and through which channel, and what your residents expect from you in winter. We write the content lines around that.

We plan the shoot remotely

We prepare the shot list, frame sizes and templates; you or a photographer you choose take the pictures. We do not behave as if we had a team in Antalya.

We settle language and translation up front

Who writes in which language and who approves translations for languages such as Russian goes into the written scope; we do not publish an unapproved translation.

We measure and simplify

Every month we look together at which content was saved and which language brought messages, and we drop formats that do not work.

In-depth guide

Social Media Management Antalya: A Guide to Guests, Residents and the Season

Talha Aslan and teamLast updated: 15 min read

Social media management Antalya businesses can rely on has to serve three audiences at once: guests who plan a holiday from another country, residents who live along the coast, and foreigners who stay in the province all year. They look at the same account in different months, in different languages and with different intentions, so one posting calendar fits none of them well.

This guide goes beyond the summary on the page and treats audience, platforms, calendar, language, rules and measurement for Antalya specifically. All work runs online, and you or a photographer you choose shoot the material. For the general frame of the service, see our social media management page.

The Antalya Audience Has Four Layers

People who follow a business account in Antalya are registered residents, holidaymakers, foreign residents, and a smaller layer of students and buyers. According to TÜİK's address based register, the province had 2,777,677 residents in 2025, against 4,504,185 in İzmir and 1,099,547 in Muğla. An account in Antalya therefore reaches a registered public more than twice the size of Muğla's before a single visitor arrives.

The visitor side is far larger. The province welcomed 17,571,155 visitors in 2025, with the Russian Federation, Germany and the United Kingdom in the top places. In a single year, more than six times as many people passed through as live there on paper, which is why one account cannot speak to one audience only.

  • Registered residents: look for services close to their district and are customers all year.
  • Holidaymakers: expect information in their own language that matches the map and gets answered quickly.
  • Foreign residents: want services that stay open in winter, clear hours and a reliable way to reach you.
  • Students and buyers: follow a term rhythm or a business decision, not the beach season.

The first question for a content plan is therefore not whether we are talking to Antalya, but which audience is in front of the account, in which month and in which language. Your own message and booking records answer that, and guesses do not.

Which Platform Fits Which Business

Instagram is the main channel for most accommodation, food and service businesses in Antalya, but it is rarely the only one. We choose platforms by the moment at which your customer decides, not by follower counts. Each platform has a different job, and running five at once is too much for most small businesses.

  • Instagram: a shop window and message channel for visual services such as rooms, plates, beaches, boats and villas.
  • TikTok: discovery through short video, useful for reaching younger people who do not know a local venue yet.
  • Facebook: neighborhood groups, events and the news feed of long term residents.
  • Google profile posts: for people who meet you on the map; hours, address and announcements.
  • LinkedIn: for greenhouse, yacht and manufacturing firms that must be visible to buyers and partners.

For a small apart hotel, two channels and a well kept Google profile work better than four channels left half finished. For a yacht maintenance yard, Instagram may be secondary while the LinkedIn company page and technical content come first.

In social media management Antalya projects, we write the channels in scope into the first agreement after looking at where your customers really come from. Adding a channel later is easy; rescuing an abandoned one is not.

The Seasonal Rhythm From Opening Week to a Quiet Winter

A content calendar in Antalya should rest on rhythms that return every year, not on dates. The weeks before opening, the busy summer, a long autumn and a quiet winter are four different periods, and each asks something different of your account.

Visitor figures show how long that rhythm runs. Daily visitor records were set across the seven months from May to November, and October alone brought 2,216,556 foreign visitors. An account that stops its calendar in July leaves the last months of the season silent.

  1. Six weeks before opening: rooms, menu, team and directions start to build up as content.
  2. Opening week: the pinned post, highlights and Google profile are updated with the same hours and address.
  3. Busy period: short video, stories and fast message replies lead; production is eased with templates.
  4. Autumn: remaining availability, calmer days and services for residents are emphasized.
  5. Winter: services that stay open, maintenance and preparation for the next season are told.

These five steps are a template for social media management Antalya businesses can adapt, and your real calendar changes them. School holiday weeks, weekends and the holiday calendar of your guests' home countries shape the plan. We ask you about these rhythms, record them and place them in the content calendar.

How Content Gets Made When the Team Works Online

We have no shooting crew in Antalya, so production sits with your business or a photographer you choose, while planning and editing sit with us. That split only works with a clear shot list, and that is where most time is saved.

At the start of each month we send a short list that sets out the frames to shoot: frame size, length, vertical or horizontal orientation, background and the sentence to say. For open air shots on a beach, pool or terrace, the list also suggests times according to daylight. It is simple enough for someone in the kitchen or at reception to film on a phone.

  • Shot list: which scene, how many seconds, which sentence opens it.
  • Templates: cover, story and carousel templates are ready in your brand colors.
  • Approval flow: the owner or a named person has the last word before publishing.
  • Photographer: if you pick one, we pass the shot list on and fit the frames into our system.

Shooting in the crowded season is hard. We prefer batch shoots in the calmer weeks near closing and light, short updates in midsummer, so that the kitchen or the front desk does not stop for filming at the busiest time.

Comments and Messages: A Multilingual Reply Routine

In Antalya an inbox often fills in more than one language, and reply time shapes the guest's next step. The routine has three parts: who looks at which question, in which language and by when a reply goes out, and when a conversation is handed to phone or WhatsApp.

We write the reply guide with you: frequent questions, short reply sentences and a rule for asking the business when something is unclear. Our team prepares English and German replies. For Russian and other languages, a translation approved by you or a translator you appoint is needed, and we do not send an unapproved translation.

  • Availability question: ask for dates, party size and contact route together; the business gives the final answer.
  • Directions and hours: the same sentence as on the map is used.
  • Complaint signal: the business is informed before any reply is sent.
  • Booking request: handed to phone or a WhatsApp line, with confirmation by the business.

The person who confirms is always the business; we are the side that welcomes and directs. We also write a rule for messages that arrive at night and on weekends: an automatic greeting or a first thing in the morning reply is decided in advance.

Google Business Profile and District Searches

The second shop window of an Antalya account is its Google business profile, because guests often look at the map first and Instagram second. The most common mistake among seasonal businesses is leaving the closed months off the profile, and that mistake turns directly into bad reviews.

We keep opening hours, the closed period, the address and the contact route identical to the account. In posts we write district and place names with the real address: Lara, Kaleiçi, the Konyaaltı shore, Side, Belek, Kemer, Kalkan and Alanya are names people both search and tag. A location tag must point to the real place; we never pick a nearby but wrong one.

  • Reviews get a short, personal reply in the language they were written in.
  • For a negative review we understand the event first, then offer a solution; no argument is opened.
  • At the end of the season the profile is updated to show temporarily closed.
  • Bought or steered reviews are never requested.

Photos on the profile must show the real place and be refreshed as the seasons change. We feed profile posts and Instagram from the same material, so one shoot gives both a story and a profile post. The question and answer area holds short replies to frequent questions, so a guest can decide without writing.

Which Language to Write In: Turkish, English, German and Russian

Language choice in social media management Antalya projects should come from booking and message records, not from a guess. The top three visitor markets are Russia, Germany and the United Kingdom, yet your own guest mix may differ, and a boutique hotel can draw mostly from a single country.

Turkish stays the base, which is essential for residents and local customers. English captions and subtitles give extra reach for most businesses. For German, our team writes and reviews the copy. If Russian content is needed, the translation must be approved by you or a translator you appoint, and nothing is published before that approval.

  • One language: Turkish for local services, with a short English subtitle if needed.
  • Two languages: Turkish and English for hotels and villas aimed at foreign guests.
  • Three or more: pinned post and reply guide in every language, daily content in the main language.

Instead of laying text in four languages over one video, write a short separate caption for each language; it reads better. In hashtags and location tags, remember that foreign guests search for the place name, not the Turkish word for the service. A few correct place names plus one or two English topic words work better than a long pile of tags.

Sector Examples From Antalya

Social media management Antalya companies need differs by sector, because the province's sectors grow out of three economic veins: tourism, the resident foreign population and greenhouse exports. The account structure differs in each, and one content line does not fit all three.

For accommodation, rooms, breakfast, pools and transfers lead; see our page on social media for hotels. For villas in Kaş and Kalkan and for boat tours out of Kemer, availability, route and meeting point must be clear, a need covered on the villa rentals page.

Greenhouse and export firms are different. According to the Antalya Chamber of Commerce and Industry, fresh fruit and vegetables make up 31 percent of the province's exports. The audience of these firms is a buyer or a partner, so a LinkedIn page, a product calendar and process stories come before Instagram. See the page for farm businesses.

Hairdressers, course providers and car rental firms that serve foreign residents see demand even in winter, so they must build an off season content line. Their account has one main job: to show that the door is open in winter too.

When choosing a sector example, look for the one closest to your customer's moment of decision, not to your own type of business. A boutique hotel and a day tour operator can sit in the same district, yet one is chosen months ahead and the other on the same morning.

Local Collaborations and the Advertising Label

For any collaboration with a creator or a guest in Antalya, the first rule is the label. Turkey's Regulation on Commercial Advertising and Unfair Commercial Practices requires the word Reklam or Tanıtım in advertisements made through a social media influencer; this provision was added by the amendment published in the Official Gazette of 1 July 2026.

A post made in return for a free stay, a meal or a boat trip should be treated within the same frame. We do not leave the label to be added afterward; we put it in the brief and check it after publishing.

  1. Define the goal and audience: which language, which district the post should show.
  2. Write the label, the business name and the claims that must not be used into the brief.
  3. See the post before it goes live; price and service claims are confirmed by the business.
  4. After publishing, check the label and the link.

The collaboration itself runs under influencer marketing; on the account side we handle the brief and the check. When picking a creator, look less at follower counts and more at whether the audience comes from Antalya or from your target country. Engagement is never bought.

If you reuse content a guest filmed, ask the owner for permission in writing and keep a record. If the guest received a discount or a service in return, the post may count as advertising and may need the label.

Privacy, Consent and Copyright

The most frequent privacy problem for Antalya businesses is recognizable faces in videos shot on a beach or in a lobby. A guest's or employee's face should not be published without explicit consent under the KVKK data protection law; we collect consent in writing and take a post down if consent is withdrawn.

Children's images need a parent's permission on top of that. In crowded places, framings that do not put faces forward, such as hands, plates or scenery, reduce both the consent burden and the risk. On boats and beaches these framings also make filming easier.

  • Music: a song used in Reels is subject to a license; we do not copy the song playing in your venue into a video.
  • Image copyright: stock or downloaded photos are not used unless the license is documented.
  • Records: consents are kept with date and scope at your business.
  • Foreign guests: their home country may have different rules; when in doubt, ask for consent.

If you collect a name, phone number and date through messages or a form, the KVKK information duty in Article 10 applies. Give that information in a short, clear text, and ask for no more personal data than you need when a chat moves to WhatsApp. For legal questions we refer you to your own lawyer; we build the consent and record routine, not legal opinions.

Measurement and the Monthly Report

In Antalya, measurement should look at messages and profile actions more than likes. A like count alone does not tell you which language, which district or which month a result came from, and across a season you need to separate those three.

We add a UTM tag to the bio link and track profile visits, direction requests, link clicks and messages separately. Requests that come by message are handed to phone or WhatsApp, and we note from your own records how many turned into real inquiries. We do not invent numbers.

  • Reach and saves: which content stays in mind at the decision moment.
  • Profile visits and clicks: the move from content to map and website.
  • Messages by language: which language brings inquiries.
  • Season comparison: opening, busy period and autumn are read separately.

The monthly report is short: what was done, which content stood out, how many messages came in each language and what the next month will focus on. Its purpose is decisions, not piles of numbers. Social media management Antalya owners can act on compares like with like, so we keep the same headings from month to month.

Six Mistakes Antalya Businesses Make

When we review social media management Antalya businesses currently run themselves, we see the following patterns most often, and each comes with a better alternative. Most of them come from ignoring how long the season runs and how many languages the audience speaks.

  • Ending the calendar in July: the season runs from May to November; carry the rhythm into autumn.
  • Not stating closed months: guests arrive at a shut door; say it in a pinned post and on the profile.
  • Pasting one text into every language: write a short separate caption for each language.
  • Publishing unapproved translation: have one person approve Russian and other languages.
  • Leaving winter empty: foreign residents look for services in winter too; tell them what is open.
  • Buying followers or reviews: it breaks platform rules; grow through content and community.

The last two are the costliest, because they damage both trust and account safety. To fix them in order, start with the calendar, then the language, and the channel last. Opening a new channel solves nothing while the calendar and language are unsettled.

Choosing a Partner and the First 90 Days

When choosing a team for Antalya, look first at the written scope, account ownership and who does the shooting. Accounts must stay with you, the team must be added through official access panels, and nobody should act as if they had a team on the ground in Antalya. Ask for a clear answer on how work is measured.

In the first 90 days the order is: account and profile review, audience and language decision, shot list and templates, first calendar and approval flow, reply guide and the first monthly report. If paid boosting is needed, Meta ads management is planned separately, and for the page that receives visitors, see the Antalya web design page.

Questions you can ask any team:

  • Whose name will the accounts stay under, and how do I take access back?
  • Who shoots, and what material do you expect from me?
  • Who writes in which language, and who approves the translation?
  • In which hours and under which rule are messages answered?
  • Which indicators appear in the report, and where do the numbers come from?

If the answers do not arrive in writing, do not start. Current packages are listed in the pricing section. To tell us about your account and district, write to us; after a short online call we will return with a written scope and quote.
