QR Code Generator
Turn URLs, WhatsApp, Wi-Fi, business cards (vCard) and text into a QR code in seconds; pick a color and download a high-res PNG or print-ready SVG. Runs entirely in your browser, no sign-up.
Appearance
Higher correction keeps the code readable even if it is damaged or has a logo in the center, but makes the pattern denser.
Tip: for a scannable code the code color must be darker than the background; a light background with a dark code is the safest choice.
QR Codes: The Shortest Path From the Physical World to Your Website
A QR code links any physical surface — a menu, a poster, a business card, a product label — to a digital destination in a single tap. The user opens the camera, sees the code and within seconds is on your site, in your WhatsApp chat or on your Wi-Fi network. This tool generates the code entirely in your browser; nothing you type is sent to a server, the code is yours and works indefinitely.
The real value of a QR code is not the code itself but where it lands. A menu QR should open a mobile-friendly page, not a slow PDF; a campaign QR should land on a page that repeats the exact message on the poster it came from. The better the experience behind the code, the higher the scan and conversion rate. So a QR should be designed not as a link, but as the first step of a funnel.
A few practical rules for print: test the code at its real size rather than on screen, do not go below 2 cm on an edge for the smallest use, never remove the quiet zone around it, and always keep the code darker than the background. For permanent print use SVG, which scales to any size without breaking. For screen, social and digital use a high-resolution PNG is enough.
Where the QR lands matters more than the code.
If the page your campaign or menu QR points to is slow or off-message, most scans are wasted. Let's build the destination page and the flow together.
