How does this Kick earnings calculator work?

This Kick earnings calculator adds up a streamer's monthly income from subs, KICKs tips, the Partner incentive and sponsorships. It shows every item separately because each one rests on a different kind of source. The sub split is official: Kick sells every sub for $5 and the streamer keeps 95%. Kick does not publish a dollar value per KICK or the Partner incentive rate, however.

That is why you get two totals. The first one uses only official rates and the amounts you enter yourself. The second one also adds estimates that third-party sites and the press have reported, and each estimate carries a label. By default, the incentive estimate is off. It only enters the second total when you say you are a Partner who does not know the rate.

The calculator does not connect to Kick. You enter your average viewers, hours streamed and active subs from Analytics or the Media Kit in your Kick dashboard. After that, it compares the same audience with Twitch and YouTube Live, builds a 12 month forecast and checks each KICK Partner requirement one by one. Your actual earnings are only visible in your Kick dashboard.

How much is a Kick sub, and how much does the streamer keep?

A Kick sub costs a flat $5 in every country, with no regional pricing. Kick sells subs, gifted subs and KICKs at the same global dollar price. The streamer keeps 95%, so Kick passes $4.75 of each $5 sub to you and takes $0.25 as a processing fee. Kick's revenue split page states these numbers plainly.

Some calculators still use the old $4.99 price and a $4.74 net figure. This one uses the official $5 and $4.75 instead. For example, 30 active subs bring in $142.50 a month, and 100 subs bring in $475.

Kick tracks earnings in dollars and converts each payout to your bank's currency at the real-time rate. According to Kick's international payments page, Kick covers Stripe's 1.50% conversion fee; the payout schedule page still mentions that fee, though. The calculator therefore sets the conversion fee to zero and leaves bank charges out. If you want to see the result in euros or pounds, the euro converter uses the same ECB reference rate.

How are KICKs tips and gifted subs counted?

KICKs are the virtual tips that viewers send to a streamer. Kick's revenue split page says the streamer receives 95% of their value. Still, Kick does not list a dollar value per KICK on its official pages, and its usage policy describes KICKs as digital goods with no cash value.

So the calculator converts a KICKs count with a band rather than a single number. The low end is $0.0095 per KICK, which is 95% of a $0.01 nominal value that the press has reported. The high end is $0.0104 and comes from a reported buyer price of $1.09 per 100 KICKs. We could not verify either figure, so a KICKs count only goes into the total including estimates. If your dashboard shows a dollar amount, pick USD as the unit; that amount then counts in the official total.

A gifted sub also costs $5 and leaves $4.75 for the streamer under the same 95/5 split. A viewer can gift up to 500 subs in one purchase, and gifted subs do not renew. According to Kick's help page from August 2026, gifted subs also count toward Partner eligibility. Finally, Kick's usage policy bans giveaways that require KICKs to enter. Does Kick pay streamers per hour?

Not in general. Only streamers in the KICK Partner Program receive the incentive, and Kick describes it as a way to earn every stream based on how many viewers show up. Kick first called it the Creator Incentive Program. In 2024 the press reported that it started with a fixed hourly rate, but Kick has confirmed neither hourly pay nor the rate, so that claim is unverified.

However, the amount itself is confidential. Section 2.1 of the Partner terms treats the amount, rate and calculation of Partner fees as confidential information. As a result, figures like $16 an hour are not official. Streams Charts puts the typical range at $16 to $32 an hour. KickStats says about $16 at 50 average viewers and about $100 at 1,000 viewers, with a cap of $150.

The calculator uses the envelope of those two third-party sources: $16 an hour in the low scenario, a straight line between the two KickStats points in the mid scenario and at least $32 in the high scenario. At 100 average viewers, for example, the mid value comes to about $20.42 an hour. This estimate only runs when you say you are a Partner who does not know the rate. If you multistream, Kick's own page says you earn 50% of your usual revenue, so the calculator multiplies the incentive by 0.5. If you know your own rate, enter it and the result becomes specific to you.

What are the KICK Partner Program requirements?

According to Kick's Partner application page from 7 July 2026, there are seven requirements, and all of them cover the past 30 days:

• a verified channel,
• at least 75 average concurrent viewers (CCV),
• at least 30 hours streamed,
• at least 25 active subscriptions,
• at least 250 unique chatters,
• at least 3 VODs,
• at least 250 followers.

Gifted subs also count toward the 25 sub requirement. Kick reviews Fast Track applications within 24 hours. Meeting the requirements lets you apply, while the Partner agreement decides the incentive amount.

In March 2025 the press reported lower thresholds than before. The old path asked for 100 average viewers, 50 hours and 1,500 followers. The checklist in this calculator uses the current official requirements and shows exactly what is missing. With 74 average viewers, for instance, it tells you that you are one viewer short. If you meet every requirement but are not a Partner yet, the calculator shows the incentive range on a separate info line. That line never enters a total, because acceptance and the amount depend on Kick.

How does the Kick earnings calculator compare Kick, Twitch and YouTube Live?

A Kick earnings calculator result only means something next to what the same audience would earn elsewhere. The calculator therefore applies the same active sub count and the same nominal tip amount to all three platforms.

For subs, Kick pays a 95% share. Twitch starts at 50%; its Plus Program raises that to 60% at 100 points and 70% at 300 points, and you need to hit those points for three consecutive months. YouTube pays 70% on channel memberships and Super Chat. Twitch also pays streamers 1 cent per Bit for tips. For ads, Kick pays nothing, Twitch pays 55% net if you run at least 3 ad minutes an hour, and YouTube also pays 55%.

For example, 30 subs pay $142.50 on Kick at official rates. Twitch at the US price and a 50% split pays $89.85, and YouTube Live with a $5 membership pays $105. Adding 10,000 tip units lifts the totals including estimates to $237.50, $189.85 and $175. However, the $0.01 nominal value per KICK comes from press reports and is unverified. How do Kick payouts work?

Kick only pays out through Stripe and sends the money straight to your bank account. Verified streamers can choose weekly or monthly payouts, and everyone else receives monthly payouts. Kick offers no early or on demand payouts. International transfers take 3 to 7 business days, and every payout leaves from Kick's US based Stripe account. Kick also publishes no official minimum payout.

Streamers outside the main Stripe regions should check one more thing. Stripe's self serve cross-border payouts cover the US, the UK, the European Economic Area, Canada and Switzerland. Kick does not say in writing how it pays streamers in other countries such as Türkiye, so we could not verify that path.

Meanwhile, two official Kick pages disagree on currency conversion. One mentions a 1.50% Stripe conversion fee, while the other says Kick absorbs that fee. The calculator therefore sets the fee to zero and leaves bank charges out. On taxes, Kick withholds tax where the law requires it. This calculator does not work out your local income tax, so check your filing duties with a tax adviser.

Where does a Kick streamer's income come from?

No, Kick does not pay streamers a salary. Income comes from five items: subs, KICKs tips, the Partner incentive, Bounties and sponsorship deals. As of 29 July 2026, Kick ads do not generate any direct extra payment for streamers, so the calculator shows ads as zero.

Bounties are Kick's challenge-based incentives. Rewards include gifted subs or a KICK Shop gift card, and each campaign states its own amount. Sponsorship, on the other hand, sits entirely between you and the brand. The calculator never assumes a sponsorship amount; you enter either a monthly fee or the rate you agreed per 1,000 hours watched. Hours watched simply means average viewers multiplied by hours streamed.

Why are sponsorships and gambling streams treated separately?

Kick offers no monetisation in the Slots & Casino category. There, the incentive and ad revenue are zero, and the official text does not say whether subs change. If you tick the category box in the calculator, the incentive estimate drops to zero too.

Moreover, the legal side sets firm limits. Kick's terms of service require you to follow the FTC Guidelines when you disclose paid relationships, and its community guidelines only allow sponsored gambling for platforms that hold a valid licence in the relevant country. In Türkiye, Article 5 of Law No. 7258 sets one to three years in prison for advertising unlicensed betting and games of chance. Germany's Interstate Treaty on Gambling bans advertising and sponsorship for unlicensed gambling, and it also bans online casino and virtual slot ads on the internet between 6 am and 9 pm.
