Scope

Not just form fills, a lead flow sales can use

The short answer: our lead generation services cover the audience and offer, the landing page and form, one or more ad channels, lead source tracking, scoring, CRM sync and email nurturing. Channels, integrations and nurture depth set the fee; ad spend and software licences go to the providers from your own accounts. We commit to a written scope and a monthly report, not to a lead count.

Audience and offer

We define your ideal lead and who is not a fit. Then we shape an offer, such as a quote, demo, guide or calculator, that gives the right people a reason to get in touch.

Landing page and form

One page, one offer and one call to action. The form asks only what sales needs, keeps marketing consent separate and leads to a thank you page that tracks the conversion.

Channels

Google Ads for people already searching, Meta Lead Ads for creating demand, SEO for leads without click costs and LinkedIn for narrow B2B targeting.

Lead scoring and qualification

Fit and interest points sort every lead. MQL and SQL rules are agreed with your sales team in writing and reviewed against real outcomes.

CRM sync and speed to lead

Leads land in your CRM with their source, duplicate checks and routing rules. An instant alert reaches the right person, and the lead gets a confirmation with the next step.

Email nurturing

A welcome flow, segments by interest and stage, and behaviour based follow ups. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are checked so your emails reach the inbox.

Approach

A lead is a conversation, not a row in a spreadsheet

  • Talha Aslan on strategy, a specialist team on delivery
  • Accounts, CRM and email platform in your name
  • No bought lists, no cold bulk email
  • Channels judged on sales, not on form counts

Most lead problems are not traffic problems. Leads arrive, but nobody calls them for a day, the CRM cannot say where they came from, and the ones who are not ready yet never hear from you again. More ad spend does not fix any of that. So we start with the flow behind the form and only then turn up the traffic.

Talha Aslan, a Google Partner and digital marketing expert in the field since 2012, owns the strategy and the outcome. Our experienced team builds the pages, the tracking, the CRM links and the nurture emails, and checks lead quality with your sales team every week. Experience across 15+ industries has taught us that each market qualifies leads differently, so the scoring rules are always written with your own sales people.

We also hold a firm line on method. We do not buy lists, we do not send cold email blasts and we do not sell your leads to anyone else. Every lead comes from someone who asked to hear from you, with a consent record to prove it. Ads, SEO, web design and automation all feed the same flow, and we read them under one strategy.

Process

How our lead generation services work

  1. Audit and offer

We review your forms, tracking, CRM and past leads, then agree on the ideal lead, the offer and the MQL and SQL rules.

  2. Build and connect

We build or fix the landing page and form, connect the CRM, set up alerts and UTM tracking and write the welcome flow.

  3. Launch and nurture

The ad channel goes live, leads reach sales within minutes and nurture emails keep the slower ones warm.

  4. Qualify, report and scale

We check lead quality with sales every week, report cost per customer monthly and move budget to the sources that sell.

Search campaigns run under Google Ads management, leads without click costs under SEO consulting, new landing pages under web design, and AI triage or WhatsApp follow up under AI automation services.

What is included in our lead generation services?

We put the scope in writing before we start. The Setup covers one complete lead flow, and Lead Generation Management runs and improves it every month. Below you see what the fee covers and what stays separate.

Included
  • Audience and offerWe define your ideal lead, who is not a fit and the offer that gives people a reason to get in touch.
  • Landing page and form flowWe build or optimize one landing page with its form, consent checkbox and thank you page.
  • Lead source trackingUTM tags, GA4 events and hidden form fields carry the source of every lead into your CRM.
  • CRM sync and alertsEach lead lands in your CRM with duplicate checks, routing rules and an instant alert to the right person.
  • Email nurturingA welcome flow comes with the Setup. On the monthly plan we add segments and new nurture flows every month.
  • Ad channel managementOn the monthly plan we run one channel for leads, Google Ads or Meta, and test the landing page.
  • Lead scoring and sales handoffWe agree on MQL and SQL rules with your sales team and report how leads move after the handoff.
Not included
  • Ad spendYour budget goes straight to Google or Meta from your own card. We take no commission on it.
  • Software licencesYou pay your CRM and email platform directly, so the data and the history stay in your account.
  • Bought lists and cold bulk emailWe do not buy, rent or scrape contact lists, and we do not send cold email blasts.
  • Guaranteed lead numbersNobody controls your market or the ad auctions. Therefore we commit to a method, not to a fixed count.

If the site needs more than one landing page, we plan it on the web design side. When the flow needs AI triage or WhatsApp follow up, see AI automation services. For several channels, markets or deep CRM work, write to us and we prepare an Enterprise quote.

Pay per lead vendor, DIY or Talha Aslan and team: which fits you?

What determines the cost of lead generation services?

Lead Generation Setup and Lead Generation Management have fixed prices, shown in the Pricing section on this page. For Enterprise scope, these factors set the workload and the written quote.

Number of channels

One ad channel takes less work than Google, Meta and LinkedIn running together.

Landing pages and offers

Each extra offer needs its own page, form, nurture flow and tracking.

State of tracking and CRM

Repairing tracking or cleaning a messy CRM adds work before the first campaign.

Depth of nurturing

More segments, languages and behaviour triggers mean more emails to write and test.

Sales cycle and B2B scope

An account based B2B program with several buyers per company needs closer work with sales.

Integrations

Offline conversions, custom CRM fields or older systems without an API add build time.

Ad spend and software licences are separate from our fee, and you pay them to the providers directly. The Pricing section shows the Setup, the monthly plan and the Enterprise base. If you move to the monthly plan within 30 days, we credit the Setup fee to your first payment. To talk through your pipeline first, write to us.

What happens in the first 90 days?

The plan below shows a typical start on Lead Generation Management. A long B2B sales cycle stretches the later steps, so read it as a working plan rather than a promise.

  1. Weeks 1-2Audit and offer

We review your current forms, tracking, CRM and past leads. Then we agree on the ideal lead, the offer and the MQL and SQL rules.

  2. Weeks 3-4Build and connect

We build or fix the landing page and form, connect the CRM and set up alerts, UTM tags and the welcome flow.

  3. Weeks 5-8Launch and learn

The ad channel goes live with a modest budget. We check lead quality with sales every week and cut sources that bring the wrong people.

  4. Weeks 9-10Score and nurture

We calibrate the score with real outcomes, add segments and start the first landing page A/B test.

  5. Weeks 11-13Review and scale

We review cost per lead, lead to SQL rate and cost per customer. Budget then moves toward the sources that produce sales.

Guide

What you need to know about lead generation

Talha Aslan · Digital marketing expert, Google Partner, Full Stack Developer · Last updated:

What are lead generation services, and what do they include?

Lead generation services build and run the path that turns a stranger into a sales conversation. That path has more parts than most people expect. First comes a clear audience and an offer worth a contact detail. Then a landing page and a form capture the lead, while ads or search bring the traffic. After that, scoring sorts the leads, a CRM routes them and email nurturing keeps the slower ones warm. Finally, reporting shows which source produced sales, not just form fills.

Many providers sell only one piece of this chain. A lead vendor sells contacts, an ad agency sells clicks and an email tool sells sends. However, a lead is only worth something if the next step happens fast and the right person takes it. So we treat lead generation as one flow, from the first click to the moment your sales team picks up the phone.

Two things are never part of our service. We do not buy or sell contact lists, and we do not send cold bulk email. Both damage your sender reputation, and in many countries they also raise legal questions. Instead, every lead in your CRM comes from someone who asked to hear from you. For a wider picture of how the stages connect, read our guide on building a conversion funnel.

Who is your ideal lead, and what will they trade their details for?

Good lead generation starts before any ad goes live. We first write down who a good lead is: the industry, the company size or household situation, the problem they want solved and the budget that makes a sale possible. Just as important, we list who is not a fit. Otherwise campaigns chase cheap contacts that sales will never close.

B2B and B2C buyers behave differently. In B2B, several people often share the decision, and the sales cycle can run for months. One qualified lead may therefore be worth a lot. In B2C the decision is usually faster and more personal. As a result, a B2C form should stay short, while a B2B form may ask one or two qualifying questions.

Next comes the offer, often called a lead magnet. It is the reason someone shares an email address or a phone number with you. Strong offers match the buyer’s stage:

  • Ready to buy: a quote request, a booking, a demo or a free consultation.
  • Comparing options: a price guide, a checklist or a calculator.
  • Early research: a short guide, a template or a webinar.

An early research offer brings more leads, yet fewer of them are ready to talk. That is why scoring and email nurturing matter later in the flow. In practice, we usually start with one offer for buyers who are ready now. Once it works, we add a softer offer for people who are still comparing.

How should a landing page and lead form be built?

A lead landing page has one job: to turn the visitor who clicked into a contact. So it carries one offer and one main call to action. The headline repeats the promise of the ad word for word, because a mismatch costs trust in the first seconds. Below it, proof does the persuading: what you do, for whom, what happens after the form and how fast you reply.

The form is where most leads get lost. Every extra field costs completions, but a form that is too short floods sales with weak contacts. We look for the balance with a few rules:

  • Ask only what sales needs for the first call; enrich the rest later.
  • For longer B2B forms, split the questions into two or three short steps.
  • Keep the marketing consent checkbox separate from the form submit and never pre-tick it.
  • Link the privacy notice right next to the button.
  • Send people to a thank you page that names the next step and fires the tracking event.

Many visitors arrive on a phone, so we test the page on mobile first. Our article on lead form design for bookings, quotes and demos goes deeper into field choice, and the guide to building a B2B landing page covers structure. If the page needs a rebuild, we handle it on the web design side. Meanwhile, the conversion rate calculator shows where your current page stands.

Which channels bring leads: Google Ads, Meta Lead Ads, SEO or LinkedIn?

The right channel depends on whether people already search for what you sell. If they do, search is usually the first place to look.

  • Google Ads: it reaches people at the moment they search, so intent tends to be high. Besides sending clicks to your landing page, Google offers lead form assets that open a form inside the ad in Search and Performance Max campaigns. We run this channel through our Google Ads management.
  • Meta Lead Ads: Facebook and Instagram create demand rather than capture it. Instant Forms open without leaving the app, which keeps volume high. Meta also offers a “Higher intent” form type that adds a review step before submitting; according to Meta’s help page on form types, it gives people a chance to confirm their details.
  • SEO: it takes months to build, but it brings leads without a cost per click. Content that answers buying questions also feeds your nurture emails. See our SEO consulting for that side.
  • LinkedIn: it is strong for B2B targeting by job title and company, though clicks are usually expensive. Our guide to LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms and CRM sync explains the setup.

In-platform forms are fast, but they make it easy to submit without much thought. Therefore we compare channels on qualified leads and sales, not on raw form counts. On the Professional plan we manage one ad channel, Google or Meta, and add others only when the first one is profitable.

How do lead scoring and qualification (MQL and SQL) work?

Not every lead deserves a sales call today. Lead scoring gives each contact points so your team knows whom to call first. We build the score from two sides:

  • Fit: does the lead match your ideal customer? Industry, company size, location you serve and budget answer this.
  • Interest: what has the lead done? A pricing page visit, a demo request or a reply to an email count for more than a newsletter sign up.

Two labels then organize the flow. A marketing qualified lead (MQL) fits your profile and has shown enough interest to pass to sales. A sales qualified lead (SQL) is one that sales has checked and accepted as a real opportunity. The exact thresholds are not universal, so we agree on them with your sales team in writing. Without that agreement, marketing celebrates volume while sales complains about quality.

Scoring also needs a feedback loop. When sales marks a lead as lost or unqualified, the reason goes back into the CRM. After a few weeks those reasons show which campaigns, keywords or offers attract the wrong people. In addition, we can send qualified and closed deals back to Google or Meta as offline conversions, so the ad platforms learn to look for buyers rather than form fillers. For B2B accounts, signals of buying intent sharpen the score further; our article on B2B intent data explains them.

Why does speed to lead decide so many deals?

A lead is never as interested as in the minutes after the form. Buyers often contact several businesses at once, and the first one that answers well often sets the terms of the conversation. Speed to lead means shortening the gap between the form and a useful first contact.

Most of that gap is not about effort; it is about plumbing. A typical slow setup sends the form to a shared inbox, someone copies it into a spreadsheet, and the call happens the next day. So we connect the parts:

  1. The form writes the lead straight into your CRM, together with its source and campaign.
  2. Duplicate checks merge a returning contact instead of creating a second record.
  3. Routing rules assign the lead to the right person by service, region or score.
  4. An instant alert reaches that person by email, app or messaging tool.
  5. Meanwhile, the lead gets an automatic confirmation with a booking link or the next step.

We also agree on a reply target for business hours and show it in the monthly report. Outside office hours, the confirmation email sets expectations honestly. Our article on website and CRM integration for lead tracking covers the technical side. When the flow needs AI triage, reply drafts or WhatsApp follow up, we build it with our AI automation services, with a person approving every outbound message.

How does email nurturing turn a form fill into a sales conversation?

Most leads are not ready to buy on the day they convert. Email nurturing keeps your business in front of them with useful messages until they are. It is not a newsletter blast; each email has one purpose and one next step.

We start with a short welcome flow. For instance, the first email delivers the promised guide or confirms the booking. The second answers the most common objection, and the third invites a reply or a call. After that, segments split the list by interest, service and buying stage. Behaviour then triggers the next message: a pricing page visit can prompt a case focused email, while a long silence can trigger a check in or a polite goodbye.

None of this works if the emails land in spam. Deliverability starts with authentication of your sending domain through SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Google’s email sender guidelines require SPF or DKIM from all senders. All senders should also keep the spam rate below 0.3 percent. Bulk senders to personal Gmail accounts need DMARC and one click unsubscribe as well. You can check your records with our SPF, DKIM and DMARC checker. Our guide to email deliverability and inbox placement explains the rest.

The email platform licence stays in your name, and you pay it directly. As a result, the list, the flows and the history remain yours.

Lead generation services and the law: consent, GDPR, PECR and CAN-SPAM

Marketing email law differs by country, so we design the consent flow for the markets you serve. The summary below is general information, not legal advice; your legal adviser has the final word.

  • EU and EEA: the GDPR requires a lawful basis for processing personal data and lets people object to direct marketing at any time. On top of that, the ePrivacy rules generally require prior consent for marketing email, with a limited exception for existing customers. National rules vary; in Germany, for example, double opt-in is the usual way to prove consent.
  • UK: under PECR you need consent to email individuals, unless the “soft opt-in” for your own customers applies. The ICO’s B2B guidance explains that the email consent rule does not cover corporate subscribers. Still, sole traders count as individuals, and UK GDPR applies to named staff.
  • US: the FTC states that CAN-SPAM makes no exception for B2B email. Messages must not mislead, must include a valid postal address and must offer an opt-out; you have to honour opt-outs within 10 business days. The FTC compliance guide lists every requirement.

This is exactly why we do not work with bought lists. A purchased list rarely carries valid consent for your business, and it hurts deliverability for the whole domain. Instead, we keep a consent record for each lead: when, where and with which wording they signed up. Our guide to building a GDPR compliant website covers the form and privacy notice side.

How do you measure lead generation: cost per lead or cost per sale?

Cost per lead is easy to measure and easy to game. A cheap form fill that never answers the phone costs more than an expensive lead that buys. So we track the whole chain and judge each channel by what happens after the form.

  • Cost per lead (CPL): ad spend divided by new leads.
  • Lead to SQL rate: the share of leads that sales accepts.
  • SQL to customer rate: the share of accepted leads that buy.
  • Cost per acquisition: spend divided by new customers; see our article on the CPA formula.
  • Time to first response: the speed to lead figure from the CRM.

Here is a simple example with round figures. If a channel brings 100 leads, sales accepts 30 and 6 of them buy, then the lead to customer rate is 6 percent. In other words, every customer costs roughly 17 times the cost per lead. That number, not the CPL, tells you how much you can afford to bid.

The data only lines up if the source travels with the lead. Therefore every ad and email link carries UTM tags, and the form passes them into hidden CRM fields. You can create consistent tags with our UTM builder, and our guide to UTM parameters explains the naming. To plan the spend behind a target number of leads, try the Google Ads budget calculator.

How do you choose lead generation services, and what should you ask?

Look past the promised lead numbers and ask how the leads are made. A provider that guarantees a fixed number of leads every month often controls only the count, not the quality. In the first call, ask these questions:

  • Where do the leads come from, and are they exclusive to us?
  • Do you ever buy, rent or scrape contact lists?
  • In whose name are the ad accounts, the CRM and the email platform?
  • How are leads scored, and who agrees on the MQL and SQL rules?
  • What happens in the first five minutes after a form?
  • Will the report show sales and cost per customer, or only leads?

Our answers sit on this page. Leads come only from your own channels and forms, and they are yours alone. Accounts, CRM and email platform stay in your name, and our team works with access you can remove at any time. Talha Aslan, a Google Partner in digital marketing since 2012, sets the strategy and owns the outcome, while our specialist team builds and runs the flow.

We do not guarantee a number of leads or sales, because nobody controls your market. What we commit to is the method: measurement from day one, rules agreed with sales and a monthly report you can check in the CRM. You can see the Starter and Professional prices in the Pricing section of this page, or write to us for a free 15 minute call.
