About

The name behind the ads, the site and the system: Talha Aslan

I started this work in middle school, when WordPress was only just becoming known, by picking up HTML through trial and error; I earned my first money, more than my allowance, at that age. Since 2012 I have been in digital marketing professionally, and today in software as well: as a Google Partner digital marketing expert, a Full Stack Developer and the lead of a team of experienced specialists. Behind the ads you come across, the site you use and the system running behind the scenes, there is a name that sets the strategy and an experienced team that brings it to life. This page is the story of that name.

Areas of Expertise

Marketing, software and AI: around one table

When the ads live in one place, the website in another and the system in a third, information gets lost. Because we run all three areas together, strategy, execution and measurement feed each other.

The Software Side

For me, software is not a service added later; it is where the work begins

I started this work by writing code and never stopped. Whether I am setting up an ad account, writing a conversion tag or building a client dashboard, I work with the same discipline: business rules first, then code, then tests, then go-live.

With my team, we have built SaaS platforms, customer portals, CRM and automation systems, payment and e-invoicing integrations, and WhatsApp and AI assistants. Some of the projects we have worked on are on the references page; the tools on this page, in turn, show the code itself, running live.

Story

From curiosity to a profession

The road from the first WordPress sites built in middle school to the inner workings of an agency, and from there to building my own team and taking on software development as well.

The First Spark

It all began in middle school, with a single WordPress install

I was still finishing primary school; WordPress was only just being heard of in Turkey. While my friends played games, I was installing WordPress on free hosting, breaking themes and putting them back together, picking up HTML by trial and error. By the time I reached middle school this curiosity had turned into work: I was building my first sites for small businesses and earning, at that age, more than my pocket money. The question "why does a site rank higher on Google?" laid the foundation of my entire career.

2012, High School

The years the hobby became real work

In high school the curiosity turned into a serious craft. My first real clients and first measured campaigns fall into those years: I ran ad experiments with the budget in my pocket, drew up keyword lists, and tried to figure out why a click did or did not turn into a sale. 2012 is the year I carried this from "hobby" to "profession".

The Agency Years

I learned the inner workings and the bottleneck at the same time

The first stretch of my professional life was spent under the roof of an agency. There I learned two things: the inner workings of the business, that is, strategy, media buying, technical SEO, reporting, and where the system gets clogged. The client would walk into the meeting with the sales team, the account manager would take the brief, and someone the client had never met would do the work. Every layer caused information loss, stole time, and inflated the invoice.

The Decision

Building my own model and my own team

I asked myself a clear question: is it the layers that grow a brand, or an accountable lead working hand in hand with a team that knows its craft? The answer was clear. I removed the layers that lose information and built my own structure: I own the strategy, the direction and the outcome, while experienced members of my team run design, development, advertising, content and production. Today, every brand that works with me finds, at the other end of the line, the person who owns their work, backed by a team that knows the craft.

Software

I combined marketing with software

I saw that keeping ad data, site infrastructure and workflows in separate worlds slows growth down. I developed our own client CRM; then, with my team, we built SaaS platforms, payment and e-invoicing integrations, and WhatsApp and AI automations. Today ads, site and system work together, measured the same way.

Today

14+ years, 150+ brands, 15+ sectors

That middle-schooler's WordPress curiosity has grown into live systems today; the strategy behind every campaign still comes from my desk. The projects we have worked on and the brands we have grown together, from a dental clinic to a law firm, are all on the references page. For web design we have also prepared guides and sample designs for more than 110 industries, kept clearly apart from real projects.

My greatest advertisement is the work I produce.
Talha Aslan

No made-up promises

You will not hear the sentence "We will get you to the number one spot in a month" from me or my team. In the written quote, I openly state which business can grow, with which method, and over what time frame: first the right diagnosis, then measurable work.

Work that isn't measured isn't delivered

I work with Google Partners badged account management; conversion tracking is set up on day one in every project. I don't concern myself with the phrase "the ad is running," but with which click turns into which phone call and sale.

You own the code, the accounts and the data

Source code, repository, ad accounts, domain name and data are set up in your name from the start. Even if we part ways, nothing is held hostage; another team can take over the work smoothly.

Transparency

With my own CRM software, 24/7 live tracking

For me, transparency is not a marketing slogan but a working system. Through the CRM I developed, every client tracks the tasks my team is working on, the delivery dates, and the current status of their work live.

You never have to ask "What's the status of my work?" because the panel is already in front of you. If it crosses your mind at midnight, you just open it and look: which task is done, which is next, all on the screen.

Values

How I work: three principles

Three working principles that have passed through the filter of 14+ years and remained unchanged.

First the diagnosis, then the prescription

Your data decides which channel you need. Sometimes I tell a brand that comes in for Google Ads, "your site isn't ready for conversion yet, let's start there"; it brings in less revenue in the short term, but it produces the right work in the long term.

One point of contact, full responsibility

Whether things go well or badly, you face the same point of contact. I answer for every piece of work my team delivers; the sentence "that team did it, I don't know about it" does not exist in this model, and my signature is on the work.

Sustainable growth

I have seen sites that shine for a few months with tactics that trick Google, then get wiped out by a penalty. Together with my team, I build the foundation that will carry your brand for years: a solid site, the right content, measured advertising.

Intro

Get to know me a little

As you read this, my team and I are probably pushing a project live somewhere, and I may be running final checks from the back seat of a moving car. In short, for me this isn't a 9-to-5, it runs in the background around the clock.
